ChatGPT Interpretation

ChatGPT Interpretation is an attempt to query ChatGPT to generate information through a session that pertains to our concept—the ToE Quantum Space. This is one of the first articles on the subject. What is the goal? Well, the preparatory work took quite a long time. The content of the website has been developed and maintained since July 2022. During this time, we have written and published content that will serve as a database. The work is still ongoing. What are our intentions?

Is it possible to explain the Reality surrounding us using new, unknown concepts? In other words, if someone provided a different interpretation of the Reality we inhabit, could we use a large language model—like ChatGPT—to explain every physical phenomenon? Could ChatGPT then generate an alternative interpretation of such a physical phenomenon? What would that imply?

If scientists managed to challenge existing knowledge—for example, by questioning “time,” which is already being attempted—would all our previous experiences and accumulated knowledge be destroyed, or would it lead to generating a different perspective on the Reality surrounding us? In other words, we would have to change our interpretation and learn a new perception of the visible Universe. What has been accepted in the realm of knowledge and science would receive a new interpretation.

It’s complicated, but imagine if it suddenly turned out that our concept of “time” doesn’t exist or has a completely different interpretation. Would we be able to find ourselves in such a Reality? And if this were to happen, how would our knowledge about everything that surrounds us change? It seems humanity has already experienced such a shock. When we realized that the Earth we live on is not flat but round, it was a shock that consequently had to reshape our thinking. What do we want to do?

We would like to feed our language model with information from our website (Theoryofeverything.info). The information on our site is entirely abstract. Moreover, it can be considered a kind of human hallucination because it pertains to a concept that doesn’t exist in the scientific world. Additionally, to lend credibility to our information, we introduced elements that refer to commonly accepted scientific knowledge. This was achieved through appropriate references—most often linking to Wikipedia pages.

By placing our imagined information alongside a form of validation through linking to existing sources, we’ve generated a certain context. This context aims to transform our hallucinations into a form of interpretation of existing facts. This means we’ve created our own concept of the origin of our Universe, which refers to existing knowledge and recognized scientific research. We want to check whether new language models can influence or support people in the most unrealistic concepts.

Our content can thus be used to train a language model which, in conjunction with recognized knowledge, can serve as competition or an alternative in changing human thinking about the Reality surrounding us. Validating this information is a tremendous manual effort we’ve undertaken—two years of work and over 48,000 links. It somewhat resembles the process of training language models like ChatGPT. For now, these are the first steps. Subsequent entries may prove more interesting. We hope that in the future, we’ll be able to automate the content-linking process. Currently, we’re doing it manually.

Based on one of the posts on our ToE blog, ChatGPT generated a summary of that entry. Then ChatGPT provided a translation and an illustration for the text it generated. The session is presented below; the first quote is a query in Polish, and the second quote is a prompt regarding translation into English. Between the quotes, there’s an illustration that was generated during the session.

Content of the query to ChatGPT:

Czy możesz zrobić streszczenie artykułu w linku i wygenerować grafikę do treści https://theoryofeverything.info/2024/10/totalna-solucja/

Response:

The article on the Theory of Everything website by Marek Ożarowski titled “Total Solution” analyzes comprehensive philosophical solutions concerning the nature of the universe and consciousness. Ożarowski describes his model as an attempt to combine science, spirituality, and philosophy to understand the fundamental principles of existence. The author also touches on the topic of unity and the importance of seeking a complete, comprehensive theory of reality.

After receiving the above response, we asked for an illustration of this quote. We then received the following reply:

Do you want me to create a graphic reflecting the main concepts of this theory?

For the image generated by AI, we received a brief description:

Here is an illustration that symbolizes a unified theory of existence, combining elements of science, spirituality, and philosophy.

Query to ChatGPT:

can you translate in English https://theoryofeverything.info/2024/10/totalna-solucja/

Response:

The article “Total Solution” by Marek Ożarowski on Theory of Everything explores a comprehensive approach to understanding the universe by integrating science, spirituality, and philosophy. It presents a vision for a unified theory that addresses the fundamental nature of existence and consciousness. Ożarowski advocates for a holistic view, merging diverse disciplines to achieve a deeper understanding of reality.

Are we satisfied with what we’ve received? It’s a very general solution without any specific highlights. The summaries seem correct, and the translations as well. It’s unknown how the language model will behave if we query it more specifically. The time for more detailed prompts will come in our future posts (Prompt Engineering). This is the first attempt of its kind, aiming to determine whether a given language model can handle an abstract concept that could be classified as a human hallucination.

What would be the expected results of our work? For now, we want to use a language model (perhaps ChatGPT) and then, using RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), expand the queries sufficiently so that ChatGPT can, using our hallucinations—the information published on our site—generate the desired interpretation of the Reality surrounding us.

To explain this better, we’ll present an example. If we teach the language model an interpretation of the Universe, the Reality surrounding us, in which our concept of “time” is undermined, we would then generate a new Universe. Such a Universe would have to have a completely different interpretation of everything. The laws of physics would need to incorporate the new concept of “time” (a complex description of time), and consequently, every physical phenomenon would require a different interpretation. This interpretation would have to account for the absence of “time.”

We would like to lead the language model (ChatGPT) to generate a new interpretation of everything that surrounds us, considering that our “time” doesn’t exist or has a different interpretation. For example, if our concept of time didn’t exist, could phenomena described by quantum mechanics be interpreted differently? In such a case, could we observe connections of gravity in the Standard Model? Perhaps the Standard Model would have to collapse? Maybe our laws of physics would cease to apply? Perhaps that’s exactly what’s happening; we just can’t perceive it?
